Picked up the Rebel Rousing Writings quest at level 68 and was able to loot the first quest item, but the remaining quest items say “Level 70 Required” and will not allow me to loot. There is no indication of this in the quest itself, and I don’t recall this happening when playing through on my main.

I am having the same issue at level 67. I looted the first writing and all others went to “Level 70 required”.

Can confirm, all of the items within the cave are level 70 on my 61 dk. The big guy you needed to fight at the back of the cave was also level 70 as well. Not sure what the issue is but this needs to be fixed as I cant advance the story in thaldraszus
I am also experiencing this bug on my 67 Demon Hunter. It let me pick up one of the writings and the rest say “requires level 70”.

As of 7/6/2023 I am having the same problem, I can get the first one thats all. 67 lvl tauren hunter.

Bump. Same here 67 DH. gets quest, can kill anything in the cave but cannot gather 4 of the 5 propaganda. Blizz plz fix
Still a problem preventing progression in Thaldrassus until lvl 70. Tried to report it using the in-game function, got bot responses for days, finally got a human response only to be told they can’t do anything and to report it on the forums to get noticed. What a joke of a company.

August 9, bug still happening. Was able to kill the level 70 named guy at 67 , but all the notes bar the one outside the cave require level 70.
Can confirm this is still a bug, was able to collect 1 writing, but all others state “Requires Level 70”. These items should not be gated to Level 70, since this quest is able to be picked up before max level.

this is still happening. but when i finally hit lvl 70 the quest just broke completely when i click on the propaganda flyers nothing happens, ive tried reloading and ive tried abandoning the quest and picking it back up but still not working so im just stuck on it now.
This is still an issue. Although given the incredible amount of experience rewarded by the other two quests I got with it, I’m betting they are not really intended for sub-70 characters. Still, would be nice if they fixed this.
As of 8-21-2023 it let me collect the first one than all the other ones require level 70. would be nice if they would fix this. like how you suppose to do the quest if it’s locked behind a level requirement.
Same problem here, It lets me collect the Propaganda just outside of the cave but the ones inside of the cave all say “Requires Level 70” as of 8/25/2023

Just ran across it now on my level 67 hunter. Glad to hear it’s not just my imagination; chagrinned to see that apparently Blizz doesn’t care to fix the bug.
