So I’m leveling engineering on my new evoker, and when you craft the Reaves modules, you can teach it to him, but it does not consume the item or make it bound to you.
So you can make one, or buy one off the ah, use it, then give to another player or sell it again.
I’m going to assume this isn’t intentional, not sure if this is an everyone bug, or another evoker only thing.
