Reaver’s Glaive has a bug that is causing it to not be hasted (haste doesn’t reduce the GCD associated with it). This hero talent spec has so many globals it needs to execute in a short time, and so this bug makes it extremely frustrating to play. It’s also the ONLY non-hasted GCD, making it the flow of gameplay feel awful with lots of haste (e.g. bloodlust).
