Give me your best reasons!
It’s better then punching myself in the nuts.
It’s still a good game.
Has it changed a lot? Sure. Has it aged? Absolutely. Do I get enjoyment out of it from time to time? Absolutely.
When you get into a good guild, the feeling of community is really rewarding. I still talk with a handful of people from the guild I raided in in Wrath and Cata.
Old content for nostalgia.
There aren’t that many unfortunately. The game is in a dire position and I can’t see how 9.1 will change anything. Hanging out with friends is a good reason to play but again there are other games where I can do that…
- It’s a fun game.
It is familiar like a old worn and stained t-shirt; don’t have to think too much about what I am doing to play. Not really enjoyable overall, but kills time when I am tired of binging Netflix.
That’s awesome:) I’ve had trouble finding a good that doesn’t feel like subscribing to a twitch channel.
It’s frowned upon if I stab people and take their stuff in real life.
If you like it.
But why do you like it?
My character is more into metal than I ever will be.
You know how in teen movies they have that one ugly girl in every group to make all the other girls feel prettier by comparison?
Well blizz is that ugly girl, makes it easier to accept minor flaws in other better games.
Honestly don’t anymore.
Just chilling on the forums while bored at work until my sub expires on the 12th.
It’s something I had a blast with playing WoW than 10 years ago and with the health crisis it gave me a reason to come back entertainment wise and stay safe. When the world goes back to normal, I am hoping I can still set time aside at the competitive level and log on. I’m attached to this toon as well so many memories from Vanilla, BC, and WotLK looking at old screenshots and watching youtube vids from my previous adventures. It’s kinda like a personal story you want to keep writing chapters for.
The scenery ,I marvel at the art work in this game when everything goes down hill I can come into this game and wonder.
That’s awesome, I think that’s a really cool thing to have
I started playing with my son that got me back into it.
I’m sorta obsessed with it as I get up quickly check WQ’s on my leveled toons (5)
Then work on 2-4 alts and maybe run a torghast for 2nd legendary.
I am nostalgic for the early days I had (started in BC) stopped after pandaria to be more with the family.
But yah I just work, raise my son and play wow. Hiking, reading and movies usually fill the rest of time.
I wouldn’t mind finding a partner. Lol
