I won’t argue that isn’t complete bunk. Anything man-made, coding not excluded, can be reverse engineered and/or modified.

The only reasons that I can see them not doing so is either laziness, or incompetency. Likely both.

Oh and speaking about the war on Flying. Some oh, two some odd years ago I told Phumbles that if they could give me a logical consistent reason flying was bad I’d genuinely listen and discuss matters.

All they’ve done is continually regurgitate lines dropped by Blizzard. Ones that have been proven false or simply subjective. That or simply mock and insult people who enjoy flying.

She still can’t give me an answer.

She also loves to drop the line that Flying in WoW is nothing more than a cheat code.

FF14 has flight in 3 expacs now and they arent having a single issue. Then again, they found how to integrate flight into the game successfully.

Just…dont show Phumbles the portal network in FF14…I dont have any smelling salts on hand…

So long as we don’t deviate for too long from the topic. We have strayed, but that is inevitable. It always happens when any topic goes on for a long enough time.

You should see where my brain goes if I’m up at two in the morning. Scary places. Of course if it gives me ideas for stories I still write them down. Some of my best attempts at writing came about from ideas spawned at unholy o clock in the morning.

If you want to post constructive feedback you need to detail how this is actually detrimental. I doubt saying extra seconds add up is compelling to anyone from Bliz that may be reading.

My reasons are many: but it comes down to this, as I cant leave feedback anywhere else.

1. The broken OCE day night cycle. Sick to death of playing in darkness. Two and a half YEARS of feedback. Silence. Tweets, silence. Q and A. silence.

Not one word on why they cant or wont fix what they broke.

2. Sick to death of the fact the OCE community has been ignored and forgotten. CMs have time to post fluff in GD…and cant or wont talk to OCE about anything.

3. Flight. A year is too long, dont care how you spin it.

4. The portal debacle. Multiple threads and multiple pleas to not remove what wasnt broken: silence. They ask for feedback…then ignore it.

5. The OCE calendar, tied to US times, so the times for events is in US time and apparently Blizzard cant, or wont, manage to have a display that shows events in local time. Newsflash: Aust operates 17 hours different to California…so telling me that a world event starts at xxx time in the US is useless to someone halfway around the world. Everyone else can do it. Apparenly Blizzard cant.

It is not “working as intended” if it cannot show me what time an event starts in local time.

Classes broken beyond belief. Pruned beyond repair.

Azerite gear that you get in raids and then have to grind thousands of AP just to be able to use the traits…so what you have is a piece of gear thats a stat stick and little else.

BFA had a lot of promise…and like its predecessor WOD…has failed, in my eyes, to live up to that potential.

Wont even go into the writing.

Oh yes, almost forgot, the server lag that has crippled gameplay, still no closer to a fix.

Those are my reasons, take them or leave them as you will.

Id say Im sorry to see you go, but another player out of this crap is a reason for celebration. Too many better games out there to play.

We have. People, numerous people have mentioned the time differences. In some cases almost 3 minutes of difference. That adds up when you’re doing a run multiple times. Like any good collector does.

It doesn’t affect enough people to be valid enough for change. IMO all they did with the portal change is something they neglected to do with each new xpac. I don’t think they ever intended to have the spiderweb of portals they had accumulated.
