It’ll be ok. It’s just like LS and weapon buffs.
LS only took 15 years to get a pass for QoL improvement. This is the only weapon enchantment that is sub-sub-specialization talent that holds ransom for 3% dps that the player gets a specifically an off-hand shield, but drops after
logging in
dying
instance zone in/out
load screen
Feels like if I change zones in the world it’ll fall off.
I remember reading posts asking it to just be a rider on Lightning Shield, and I completely understand at least a handful of reasons why they asked.

Yeah I really don’t get it. Got half a mind to put it on an actual keybind at this rate.
Honestly? A new buff is pretty hype, especially a storm one. My only issue is that you can’t apply it on staves, but specifically being able to have that and flametongue on at the same time is cool. It’s just like enhance having windfury.
It does feel like enhancement now with Windfury and Flametongue combo. Although the falling off part is obnoxious, I agree. 2,453%. I think they will change it for QoL sooner than later though, they have been alright with things like that.
