I’ve googled and searched but I can’t find a straight answer for some reason. I know they fixed it where you can’t make a DH on one faction, delete that one, make another DH on the other faction and restore the deleted DH.
But can you realm transfer a DH to a server you already have a DH on?
No. There is still a 1 DH per server limit.

Yw! Peeps are hoping that Blizz removes that restriction in Shadowlands so it may happen in the future.
People have been saying that you can.
Try and do it. You don’t pay if you don’t complete it.
you CAN transfer a DH to a server with a DH already on it.
