I submitted a ticket and the GM confirmed I had no mail nor items on the AH.
Please fix so I can raid with my friends

I am having the same problem. Verified I had no auctions and gave it a day.

Had used the new AH which is possibly the cause of the grief, along with all the other issues it has.

Same here. I’ve been in touch with support for 4 days now and they keep telling me nothing is wrong. I’ve tried every suggested fix with no luck. I even tried doing it on my wife’s computer when they suggested it was a cache issue and it still didn’t work.

I have to say being told nothing is wrong after waiting 20 hours for a response only for them to then close the ticket forcing you to wait another 20 hours from the back of the queue is mildly annoying to say the least.

Really hoping today’s maintenance somehow sorts this issue out.
Can confirm this has happened since Friday or Saturday for one of my characters - unable to transfer still (no auctions on any characters, no mail on this one).
Well maintenance didn’t help.
Same here, still no luck on transfer. At least 4 days for me now.

Please check your inventory for any unlearned pets or heirlooms. While the error is stating there are auctions, this is sometimes due to caged pets or heirlooms items in the inventory. These can be learned, deleted, or mailed/traded to another character.
Tried it in combination with two previous suggestions, still not working.

I’m guessing you’re having the same issue as a lot of people in another thread. You do have active auctions, you just don’t know it. Something sold, but the game hasn’t given you the gold for it, so you’re stuck waiting, and isn’t giving you notifications. There are people (like me) waiting on thousands or millions of gold in sales going on six days now.

—WORK AROUND DISCOVERED----
I was able to transfer my character (previously bugged by this for 5+ days).
Here’s how i fixed it: I purchased a faction transfer hoping that would trigger a reset on whatever was causing this. Turns out after faction changing, I was able to xfer the character.
Now I am requesting a refund / reversal of my faction change from blizz. Let’s hope they are gracious here.

That’s what I figured as soon as I heard there were issues with the AH. It’s just been frustrating having support tell me nothing is wrong when it clearly is.
I was told that they know it’s an issue and they should hopefully have a fix within the next few days. And if they dont have a fix by Friday I might have to try the faction change thing just so that I can do mythic raiding with my new guild.
