Sorry to say, but there isn’t any GMs (game masters) or CMs (community managers) on the forums at all and the other isn’t on the CS forums, repstacefully.
Boosts can’t be refunded onced used for what amounts to not paying attention.
Feedback isn’t taken on the CS forum and you want to do such on the General forums or in-game suggestions for the CMs to see and pass it along.
