I’ve been playing this game a long time. I’ve seen a lot of incompetence over the years.
I originally played on US-Scilla when it became a ghost town. Then it became a free xfer destination server, and overnight became a mega server. When that resulted in overpopulation, there were free xfers off, resulting in US-Scilla being even worse than before. The incompetence often felt intentional to wring character transfer fees out of the player base. I’m so sick of being milked by Blizzard.
This classic realm consolidation you guys are pulling takes the cake though. Crapping on 90% of the classic playerbase to save a few bucks on your AWS bill? Is that really the game plan? You guys are too lazy and/or incompetent to merge/connect existing realms in a reasonable way?
Does someone from Blizzard want to hop into my re-created guild with zero achievements to fish from 10,000 pools please? What the hell is this nonsense?
