Really, why are you all so obsessed with playerhousing?

That’s not player housing and you know that.

You said ”have to do it” and that is speculation.

Me and other plays will lobby for it :woman_shrugging:

Not up to us either.

not up to any of us. but i can guarantee that its 100 to 1 for the people that dont want it vs people that do.

if blizzard starts working on player housing it will take multiple years to polish. they cant even pump out regular content as the game sits let alone if they have a team working on this god awful housing.

bloxburg is thataway ----->

Nah it’s a 100 to 1 that want it.

I have no idea what that is but I’ll pass and stay right here, lobbying for player housing.

Right here you lost any credibility.

no it is exactly that. delusional people. because what they are asking for and what blizzard will end up giving them (if they do) will be night and day from each other.

leave wow alone. if you dont like it, then leave this game is not for you.

lol, ya bud it don’t work that way.

IIRC they said in one of the interviews they were doing for Dragonflight that player housing is something they want to do one day so I hope you’ll be ready to leave when it’s implemented.

well too bad because i will be the sore thumb speaking for the 10s of thousands of players that dont want it every time i see a plague of a player housing thread.

later, cya in the next player housing thread /looksatwatch 2 hours from now.

With so many I guess they must out number you and your ilk.

Oh wow.
never I was like “stoopet bLozZirds they add mYthIc RaidS achievements and rated PvP achievements the ones that I will never earn!!11 BAKAs!!11one”

It’s not mandatory to do achievements. Do them cause they exist or don’t do them at all. There are literally only few people who finished ALL achievements in this game and you never will be one of them. And that is perfectly okay for 99% of this game.

i for one am super anti social: yeah I know “You play an MMoO HeRp DeeRp” yeah I get it, I love wow and, yeah even though its story been crap I love warcraft for warcraft not for the people that dwell in it.

So with that said housing suits my needs perfectly. I am a hero in my own mind you see and I can sit in my little house away from ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the people in the game and look at all the things i collected, set them up how i want, color, design and live in my little virtual house and put a sign up that says “Ogres are like onions: we have layers” I mean, “No trespassing trolls”

Am I supplying and enabling an Anarchist by selling goods in a store?

Pretty simple.
Garrisons were designed to be the main headquarters for the expansion which contained extremely minimal customization, like garbage customization.

What does player housing offer?

  • A way to further express your self and/or character.
  • A location for RP.
  • A guild meeting place(specifically if we can get guild houses).
  • More items to gather from old/current content.

Imagine if you will that the end boss for Scarlet Monastery dropped a super rare drop for adding Scarlet Banners or some other themed item in the home. Or say doing ICC has a chance to drop some ice-decor. They could add more reasons to go out in the world to add more decor/customization for the housing. People like myself already go out of our way for mounts and transmog. This would add much more.

PH would also be good for player retention. No secret WoW has huge chunks of content droughts, many move on to other games during that time some with better fill in content like PH. Adding it may keep at least some of those players as paying subs. More concurrent players is always healthy for the game as a whole.

It’s also a good gold sink if done correctly…and we all know we need one of those. (that isn’t sarcasm it’s the truth)

Player housing could make professions great again. Image this:

Leather workers selling couches and chairs
Alchemist selling furniture and curtain dyes.
Enchanters selling lamps.
Scribes selling paintings.
Tailors selling banners and curtains.
Blacksmith different kinds of couches and chairs.
Herbist selling house plants.
Skinners selling animal rugs.
Etc.

The possibilities are endless.

I would like to see added professions on top of that. One crafting specific to furniture and one gathering.

stoves, cooking utensils…there’s a lot more than just chairs there. Weapon racks.

You’re right. My mind went to SWTOR where there are cloth chairs and couches and there are metal chairs and couches

Like I said, just throwing ideas out there.
