Blizzard banks on FOMO.
ty for the update. it’s been 5 hours since I put my ticket in lol.
Meanwhile on ESO. I get a text in about 10 mins with someone helping me with any problem I have.
Blizzard is a small indie company though.
ZOS has generally happy customers, they don’t have 1,000 people an hour hounding them about things because their game is structured in a sensible way. Champion 1500 Stamplar main here
