Sure! More often than not, things are actually +/-5% of each other and the game does actually end up being fairly well balanced.
However, the vast majority of players attribute all their wins to skill and all their losses to balance (or boosting/rmt).

Reminds me of the guy who unironically bragged about having the highest amount of KP in epic bgs as a BDK who ran exclusively with premades and Q sniped random groups.
Or the guy whose best arena record was like 20-45 but claimed to be an expert because he had the most amount of confirmed kills in orgrimmar over the past decade.

Yes but we have our own local servers as well. Trying to play outlaw on 200ms is so rough but if i get an OCE lobby i feel like a god
Also you can filter the arena and SS ladders by region to show OCE only, at least on the 3rd party ladder websites
