I guess this is the best place to ask since everyone’s discussing this promotion; how in the heck are you supposed to get the kroger tabard if they no longer do business in your state, like is there an alternative means? because I kinda do want the yellow one, just thinking about my potential tabard options.
I cannot go hardly anywhere without seeing one of these. Or Dollar Tree or family Dollar. The more rare $10 store or seven dollar store.
I just counted 17 of them in a 10 mile radius from my location

Except they want your phone number AND YOUR ADDRESS.
nah. Such a promotion doesn’t need my flipping home address. Why not also ask for my SSN???
Which sucks even more bc I’m a hardcore collector. But I can’t imagine the tidal wave of junk marketing I’d get exposed to giving out both my phone number … and my STREET ADDRESS??? Seriously, why do they need that?
A copy of the receipt. Proof of purchase. That’s all they need.

do i HAAAAAVE toooo? only it’s a heck of a long flight to go from eu to this “walgreens” and i’m not sure TSA would be thrilled with me listing it on the ESTA application…
Sign up for their rewards program and play two levels of their little video game thing. I have a local Kroger, but I never had to set foot inside or spend a cent. I signed up, played the game, and then redeemed the points for the tabard in the space of like ten minutes.

I’ll be out of town on Monday, so I’ll be able to get the Walgreens one. I don’t much care for the green or bright red ones. So I’m good without spending more money.
Just went to Walgreens because I want the tabard. Their stuff is more overpriced but meh whatever.

But you have to buy it at the specific stores to get the tabards.
Why would WoW do this? I thought blizzard made enough money. These kinds of things don’t make sense. Why tie transmog to candy in stores?
There is never enough money to make for a corporation. However, it was probably Microsoft that negotiated this promotion.
