Seems like the PvP talent for resto druids “Reactive resin” is STILL bugged when an evoker flame breath’s all my HoTs in arena he only gets 1-2 stacks of the debuff. I tried it in a duel, and it seemed fine but in arena it doesn’t apply the debuffs properly.
Can someone please look into this.
