I don’t agree with you, but at the same time I agree with you 
No healer should be able to Q with 80k hp because even if you (as a healer) are fine getting stomped you are useless to your team and are most likely causing more work for them or just plainly causing the loss.
At the same time, I don’t like the idea of stat manipulation on Blizzards end, players should just be as they are 
A stat floor or more easily an ilvl restriction is a fair ground I think.
