Re enchants...minimum character level to apply

I WISH THEY WOULD INCLUDE THIS INFO
ON THE TOOL TIP…I shouldn’t have to engage
in out of game research to play the game.

I agree.
The other day I purchased a shadowlands enchant for my gloves for 2 gold!, only to find out I couldn’t use it.
I mean it’s only 10 stamina but it’s better than no enchant.

I vote they just add an obvious tag on every item with the expansion they came from.

I agree it would seem obvious there should be preferred character levels on chants , especially in the auction house, but after the debacle with Vellum item level that stymied chanting for like 2 weeks during vanilla dragon isles , I am scared to ask them to enforce it

Enchanting as a whole is absolutely borked…

Effectively every enchant from before shadowlands require item level 50 or BELOW, which means they cannot be applied to regular greens/blues while leveling because ilvl 50 is like lvl 10.

So, while leveling from 11-60 enchanting is worthless until you get to DF enchanting.
It’s incredibly lame.

Edit: I’m not saying they should just remove the ilvl cap, just need to raise it so you can use the pre-DF enchants WHILE you are pre-DF.
