Blizzard,
Can you please go over and re-do the druid forms for the following Races to make them more inspired by that race, like you done with the newer races.
Races to change the default druid form looks:
Worgen
Highmountain Tauren
Troll
You did a good job with the Haranir, Kul Tiran, and Zandalari Troll druid form looks.
Night Elf and Tauren can keep the OG looks as their default as it suits them well.
Worgen should have a wolf Cat Form and bigger direwolf Bear Form.
Or do something truly unique and just make Worgen Cat Form their Worgen form, kind of like Claws of Shrivallah animation-wise.
It’s just past time to re-imagine Druid forms. Some folks have been rocking the same form, and therefore the same look, since vanilla.
Bliz is dumping a ton of resources into transmog (remix rewards, new transmog interface, trading post) but Druids spend 90% of our time in animal form. How 'bout some attention to transmog for Druids by giving us more choices for our animal forms or more optionks to embellish them?
• Let weapon perma-enchants show through to our claws.
• Bring DF mount customizations to Druid forms (like was done for warlock pets)
• Remember glyphs? Maybe some to change color Fel Furbolg tats?
• Barber shop options to adjust fur color or patterns.
• More frequent form drops (last ones were in DF, before that Legion).
• Optional crafting mats that cause bracer or shoulders to show through.
And how about some new perma-illusions for glows, mist, or stary trail embellishments? I know you’re thinking about it with the latest “color dots float next to your shoulders in animal form”—get bold with it!
Tier sets are kool… but we don’t see them. And it’s usually just a new bathrobe and broom stick anyway… how about you #doTierForms ?
Having your tier set change your form would be interesting.
Right now, I believe Bear and Cat form have over 10 different looks thanks to legion artifact weapons. For those that have them unlocked. Flight form has over 5 different looks.
Night Elves and Taurens are the only races that should be allowed the OG look. I know Most of the main druid players have asked Blizzard at one point or another to do this. Hopefully if we all keep it up maybe Blizzard will listen to us.
