Is there an addon that will show what HoTs I have on each member of my party? Particularly more for M+. I know there’s a mechanic for Lifebloom having 4.5 seconds sec and then recasting it.
Rdruid is the one healer I definitely struggle with. I dont know how people play it in end-game content without help/addons. Like, just something that shows HoTs. Is there such a thing?
Pretty much any raid-frame healing addon will do what you want. Personally I use Healbot, others such as VuhDo are also very popular.
What raid frames are you using? Most of them have a setting to show hots, debuffs ect. on the bar
I use Grid2 since I’ve used it for years and don’t want to set up something new, but it does take some effort to set it up the way you want it.
Some streamers promoted an addon called Cell that looks a lot like Grid.

Enhanced Raid Frames adds some of the basic functions of 3rd party raid frames to the default raid frames if you’d prefer to just continue using Blizzard’s frames but with some more options. I assume it still works since it was last updated Feb 2025.
Honestly, and this may sound like a dumb way to heal, but I click on someone’s frame, and hit the heal button. Ive been doing it for years and it works well for me. I keep their frames just above my action bar for quick skirting lol.
Im not very good with all these addons, and im not very patient. I dont actually use any addons. I just need something that will let me click on a party members name, and apply a heal. In this case, for Rdruid, I need it in particular to keep up with HoTs and when they are about to fall off. I think I got pretty close with Healbot
Enhanced raid frames is what i use, it just sits ontop of the normal blizzard raidframes but lets you track up to i think 9 hots instead of blizzards default 3.
You can choose which ones you want to and where they pop up in the rectangle.
Also has some debuff customizations; i have mine make poisons/curses larger on my druids so i know theyre my job to dispell even when im not healing.
Big debuffs was another simple one i think i used back in legion with even fewer options but 6+ hots availible ontop of the default stuff.
I use Cells. It has great click casting and HOT tracking. Very customizable.
Most any Raid Frames addon will do what you want. But Personally I like Vuhdo albeit I really only have exp with Grid and Vuhdo.
It can do a like more, can set up different types of clicks that will do different things. Saves up Keybind space. As well has icons hots etc, that count down one peoples frames. Clearly Notifies me when someone has something that I can dispel.
