All the negatives you state exist with the current system too. If tanks and healer won’t que then they won’t be looking for a group in either direction with either system. Its not like with LFD they are like “hey I don’t need to do this so I will” and with RDF they would be like “hey I don’t need this so why would I”. If groups are looking for your role so much in the LFD then in the RDF it would be the same. The whole immediately vote kick under geared characters thing is WAY over stated too. It is also easily gotten around with require a wipe or X amount of time before you can kick.
