It’s a game. Games being convenient rather than a chore is apparently the literal devil though.
Ive never understood how people hated RDF so much? As if the game isnt slowing down/people not playing alts. You dont see a dungeon until almost Northrend and even then now its hard to find a group that doesnt take 2-3 hours to fill. The communication of the game is still in affect due to raiding. But even then with logs being a thing you dont even have to talk if you can show you cleared the raid.

Unable to run dungeons for what? Forever?
That’s been the case for every class/role/party game since the dawn of class/role/party games. In paper and pen D&D, the DM had to bot the cleric. Its just how it is. As for WoW, its been like that since Vanilla all the through their expansions even with RDF. Post RDF, Blizz had to incentivize tanks to queue with extra bonus rewards to queue. Remember that? Sometimes a group isnt always available the instant you want one.
That’s obvious to anyone who understands the nature of these games. Even so all hope is not lost. All RFD does is save you from forming the group on your own. It doesn’t alter the landscape and bend time to get you a group.
Woah there Jey, take it up with Bodicca who told me it wasn’t a convenience but a miracle worker. Of course its convenient, that was the intent. The intent of RDF wasn’t to solve population or role shortage issues. But no one wants to believe that otherwise it would harsh their mellow.
Then they want to pretend 98.5% of players desperately yearn to run RFK so yeah.
It kind of does though if its finding a role from different realm thats available?
There are people who are unable to run dungeons. They simply cannot. It isn’t possible. Why should this be a thing when it’s totally possible to flip a switch and let your players actually RUN DUNGEONS?
Because they don’t matter. What kind of a crap company spits on their player base and tells them they don’t matter? And the really insane part is the toxic people in this game saying this is okay, because hammering out “LF1M” in LFG is important to them.
Except there’s a solution.
Why do you keep posting nonsense? That isn’t all it does. It’s cross realm. It allows players of all levels on all servers access to dungeons that may have been impossible for them to access otherwise.
What I actually said is it allows people the ability to run dungeons who have no way of doing so without it. For them it’s a necessity, not a convenience. But you can’t flippin’ read or tell the truth so…

Game will be dead in Cata. Just a few sweatlords left who are trying to be the best in an old dead game. Not sure why they didn’t add anything new. Rated BGs for one would have been a great welcome change a lot of people wanted. You can’t argue #nochanges when there have already been plenty of changes. I am for RDF but it also doesn’t effect me at all just a qol improvement.
The shortages just go from server wide to cross realm wide. But yea, it will take people from different servers but taking people from different servers doesnt make up for the fact that there will be far less tanks in RDF lookin to pug.
Hyperbole much? Its not impossible to find a group and even if it was it would be just as impossible with RDF. RDF just puts people together without you lifting a finger to do it. It doesnt make the impossible possible and its not impossible anyway.
And even if I cant ever find a group for Wailing Caverns when Im in the level range, its not like I cant play the game from there - the level cap is 80 and Im way more likely to find more people there than I am at level 20.
Why do you continue to pay this company money then? It’s hilarious seeing the exact same people crying for RDF after they already declared it a settled issue in AUGUST of 2022.
They’re never going to add RDF because you clowns just keep paying your subs and then come to their forums to go “blizzard bad.” Maybe if you would actually quit en masse you could force their hand, but y’all are too addicted to this old game to do that.
It is impossible. You, yourself, showed it was impossible. RDF is cross server. It pools all players and places them in a queue. It’s not even debatable that more people would queue using RDF. If I were leveling an alt, there’s no way I’d run to SFK. It’s not worth it. But with RDF? Sure.
Even if you tried, right? Shouldn’t be a thing. There’s no reason for it.

But even if that were the case, Blizzard did a 180. Just like the cash shop. Just like no flying ever again.

He was searching overall server, yet the one that claimed grouping was impossible was doing heavily refined searches to essentially exclude 95% of the places people could be in. I wonder which persons information was better.
