LFR is just a story mode so everyone can see the content. It takes nothing away from those who do heroic and mythic raids, cause the LFR heroes weren’t going to do those anyway.
Oh, I’m fully on board to have RDF. If it’s going to be so controversial for some groups of people though, I say fine, give them what they want so they can leave the rest of us in peace.
Corruptions? WoD? Azerite? AP? Melee hunters? WF/TF? Removal of 10m raiding? Pathfinder? SL? So many things much worse than LFD.
The community ruined the community, not a feature. The current classic TBC community really isn’t any better than on retail with things like general/trade/lfg chat, AH sniping, forum arguments, boosting, botting. The only negatives to come out of RDF was cross-realm (which Blizz could easily disable) and that you could get stuck in a no-CC group.
The only legit argument against RDF is that no one wants to do Occulus or the timed ICC dungeon. If Blizz kept it to local server only and let us blacklist 2 dungeons, problem solved.
Adding it in stages is a great idea too as it helps alts and those leveling up. Initially keep it for 15-79 normal dungeons, and add in Heroics after 6 months. When ICC comes out, keep them as normal for 3 months then up it to Heroic. Everyone benefits, and those who don’t wish to use it can still use their guilds and /lfg channels.
Some like monastery you have to be there for some servers maybe.
Physically be there. I never saw an ad for the place in lfg. I went there and the place was jumping.
Thing is it seemed to be premades and boosters when there. I guess monastery is so used…boosters don’t even run ads for it. “If you build it they will come” kind of set up maybe.
I begged…no replies. I had the soon to be dying second account run myself. Not keeping 2 accounts running so that won’t be an option soon. Really jsut woke it up to what was in it. Not the worst $15 I ever spent.
