RDF - BRD: Upper City - confusing and requires key

I’m level 53. The only dungeon I can queue for with RDF is BRD: Upper City. Problem number one is that it drops you into the dungeon at the same spot as BRD: Prison, so the group always gets confused about which dungeon they joined. Yes, I know level 52+ is always going to be Upper City, but the group flounders regardless. The second problem is that you need keys to start and finish Upper City, but no one ever has them. I know you can do a quest, but no one is willing to help complete it. They just leave the instance when they realize it’s futile.

Can we change this to either not require keys or start the dungeon further into the instance if you get into Upper City?

Now that they’ve hotfixed the level ranges (which is a good and overall positive change), this is a bit of a bigger issue I think.

There’s now a small window in the early 50s where the two dungeons overlap in level. There appears to be no way to tell which one you are in unless there is someone in the group too low for Upper City or too high for Prison.

The key thing I imagine is sometimes an issue as well, though I had my own key so it wouldn’t have mattered for my groups.

My suggestion would be to either give people a key automatically when zoning into Upper City if they don’t already have one OR add a quest NPC to the entrance that has the key quest.

Also, either change where you’re ported into for Upper City so it’s obvious what you got into, or add a system announcement chat message that tells you when you zone in, or add an NPC to the start that tells you.

edit: just did 2 more BRDs in a row, Upper City isn’t removed until 58, so there’s a decent sized window where you can get ambiguous runs. Got into a group where our entire group was in range of both, so we tried prison first, wasn’t it. We wondered if it preferred yellow dungeons since it was green to all of us. Re-queued together, did Upper City without trying Prison first, turned out it was Prison.
