Reporting violations of multiple different names seems to be triggering it.

I’ve had the same problem. so have some of my guildies. There’s sooo many name violations…
Has happened to me as well.
This hasn’t happened to me at all. I’ve been able to report name violations without any trouble.
Y’all using any addons? Might be causing something to break on your end that results in a DC.
I am not using any add ons, but this would explain why I DC’d twice yesterday if it’s real.
Thank goodness this hasn’t happened to me yet. There are so many tryhard names to report it’s ridiculous.
This has been a bug since at least Cata/MoP on retail. I’m not surprised to see it has reemerged in Classic. It’s a pain in the butt, especially if it’s during times of queue … but you may want to hold off on reporting names until the queue times stop/improve as to not risk it.
There is a grace period, so thankfully I have not landed in queue afterward… yet.
Blizzard could save a lot of time having a GM just pop into the RP servers for a shift each, going down the character lists and nuking blatant offenders.
