I put a few chat reports as that’s pretty much all there is to do. I assume the other person did the same.
There are absolutely other ways to show their dissatisfaction. Attacking people who have literally done nothing to deserve it isn’t a valid excuse.
It’s intellectually dishonest and way beyond pathetic for a fully grown adult to do so.
I’m fine with this, again, I’m not denying the system was abused and those involved should get the silence punishment that was intended for him. It still comes down to him not egging his rabid fan base to go out and disrupt other paying customers because he said so.
It’s fine if he gets away with it as it was the fans that did it. He still gave the order though so he has some responsibility, just not enough to be punished for it.
So does harassing other paying customers and trying to make them feel bad for using the store. It goes both ways as the goal of it was to make them feel bad for spending money there.
Those types of actions can have an impact on future purchases as not everyone handles how those people acted the same.
