Back when I played rbgs it was 20% guys with solid teams or connections and 80% chicks with their tatas hanging out in their discord avatars and names like Meowmeowcutiexd, #1 Queen of RBGS getting carried by said guys.

lmao sad how true this is. such a strange community rbgs really are, tons of female gamers play it and get carried by soem of the most toxic male gamers ever

OPs weird way of ranting about it aside, rbgs are extremely toxic and probs the most toxic community in this game, lets not forget the amount of ddos’ing/fly hacking/etc. that occurred few years back that pretty much contributed to the death of this activity, nice to see slands and the pvp gearing system at least giving it some life.

my main team isnt toxic but when i try to q on my alts the teams i join are somethin else like a 20k hp disc priest that was calling everyone really bad names.

joining a normal chill rbg group is like winning the lottery

It’s not just wow rbgs. It’s in arena, it’s on Xbox, Playstaion, anywhere online gaming is, there is competition there is toxicity. It will be here 15 years from now aswell.

fortunately skype isn’t a thing anymore and it’s a lot harder to get a singular person trading pictures for rating wins in 3v3

It can be. My best experience is when I get to put into guild groups. Win or lose they have more fun. I miss 5v5 though but that’s me.

Idk if you don’t think the high end arena community is very similar if not the same idk what to tell you. The average wow player is a freak.

it’s wow/ mmorpg community. literally not evven that specific. It’s gamers. or anyone involved in any kind of game-related environment, including sports. Heck. It’s in your job and workplace.
