I would like to try a gamepad with WOW. I recently purchased a G13 gamepad by logitech, only to learn they don’t support it with their software any longer. Does anyone have advice on getting the Razer Tartarus (or the G13) to work on Mac. Specifically I would like the joystick to function for movement and be able to select key binds for the various keys. I am running Monterey now.

I can not speak for the joystick for full movement, as I just use it for 4 other keys to map, but I use SteerMouse. It manages my Tarturus and my Lofitech g600
You can still program 4 keys on the joystick though? I really just want forward, backward, and strafe each direction.

Though, Karabinder is also a free option but is a bit more complicated to setup
I’ve been using various versions of the Tartarus for many years.
Currently I use Karabiner as the driver/mapping software. It has a bit of a learning curve. It’s not hard as long as you understand the Tartarus is a keyboard and how it’s keys correspond to a full size keyboard.
As bonus, you can also use to map other devices such a multi button mouse.
