Razer Tartarus Stopped working since 7/23/24 update

After today’s patch, my Razer Tartarus stopped responding in wow. It still works fine in other games, so I know it’s not a hardware issue. Something must have changed in this patch that prevented the input from this device from registering in the game.

Any thoughts, ideas?

Blizzard is aware and is working on a fix. Its affecting all multi button mice/devices. My Elecom DUX MMO gaming mouse had to be manually keybound from the software itself in order to work in WoW. You’ll probably need to do the same with the Tartarus (Razer Synapse)
