Ravenholdt & Syndicate Rep are broken in WoW Classic. Killing the mobs associated with the rep do not lead to any rep gains or losses at all. I cannot unlock the Syndicate in my rep panel. And cannot gain Ravenholdt rep by any means. This is clearly not the way it was in Vanilla as you could get to neutral with syndicate and exalted with ravenholdt.
I personally love maxing out all my reputations and this bug makes that impossible. Also others may want to max out ravenholdt expecting achievments and TBC to be launched at some point in the future to get the Insane Title. As the grind is insane and will take some time.
