Thats not even the core issue. This game will never be truly “balanced” but it can be fun, which it isn’t right now. The massive issues that are causing such a stale ladder are really not pvp problems but just general wow problems. The endless grind making alts practically impossible being an example.
Obviously there are outliers in the balance, but this has been a thing since wow pvps inception and has never caused the ladder to be this stale.
