No one can queue for any rated PVP. The “Rated” tab is grayed out and when hovering mouse over it says, “This feature becomes available at max level.” (PS I’m max level) Apparently this is a workaround but I can’t imagine this is a good long-term solution since most players won’t be aware of it: /…
