I have been grinding reputation with the Cartel for a while… and all four were showing and gaining rep, until today. I was on Fray Island, and the other three were gaining rep from it, but Ratchet wasn’t even listed… all I see are three, not four. So, Booty Bay, Everlook, and Gadgetstan are all showing. But no Ratchet. The others are on Revered as well, and gaining from the kills. (Emistar toon).
Edit: It appears to be a Fray Island issue. Lost Rigger Cove, I am showing Ratchet when I kill pirates.
