Dear Blizzard,
Who did I hurt for me to not get this trinket and how can I make it right?
The trinket has only dropped in our main raid twice. I lost 1 roll and had to pass the next because I made a bet the Celtics would win and they bombed. It’s dropped multiple times in LFR but I always get the 2nd highest roll.
Who did I hurt and how can I make this right?

You need to look inward, mon frer. You should not have made a bet on the Celtics.

Such extremely powerful items with such a huge impact should never rely on pure RNG and yet Blizzard does the same mistake over and over again, to the frustration of the playerbase. It can get really frustrating, because it’s not just some 1% minmax thing that can be ignored, but it heals for several millions in a single bossfight.
I don’t understand why they didn’t further explore the Dinar system from SL S4 so one can really work towards an important item.
I mean you’ve only killed it 17+ times, what do you expect, handouts?
A real gamer would be making 15 alts like Evokers did because RNG is giga fun. Especially when you put in the time and get nothing out of it.
What’s the point of coming back from being swept if you aren’t going to try in the final game!? I’m still hurt and the guy I lost it to never lets me forget it lol

Having been the gruddist healer, I support your struggles. I have so many hearts I don’t know what to do with them.
But you, my number 2, know exactly what to do with yours when/if the time comes.
Just think of it as getting your bad luck out of the way now so that you can be disappointed in the next tier/season when you’ll need to replace it with another highly sought after trinket.
I still remember when back in Legion I finally got a BIS legendary for whatever I was playing at that point literally 1-2 days before a major content patch forcing me to upgrade it vs if I had just been lucky enough to get it after the patch. Like it legit felt partly bad as if I was a bit punished for playing when I could’ve/should’ve just waited.
Gear in seasons/patches is like that though.
It took me 37 runs of Underbog in BC to get the gear pieces I needed. I know the pain of RNG well. lol

sitting here watching people get it without any hassle on crappy alts, all the while I kill the boss every week on 2 difficulties, and can’t get it to even drop for the opportunity to roll on it.

Trinkets designed to be that strong…I am ok with a “very rare” drop rate. But those specific items still need a determined loot system.
I got heroic Beacon from the dungeon event on an alt last week :X
