Who are we: We are a group of like minded individuals who are here to smash bosses and have a good time doing so.
Our Mission: To clear all relevant content in a timely and organized manner, we strive to be better today than we were yesterday and better tomorrow than we are today. In doing so we will continue to improve the speed and quality of our runs week over week. One team, One Dream.
Raid Environment: Our raiding environment would be classified as “semi-hardcore”. We expect players to understand mechanics, show up to raids consistently and on time, play their character properly, be properly prepared with enchants, gems, and consumes.
We are looking for people to play their personal best, while also doing what is best for the raid. That being said we do expect people to improve week to week thus creating above average parses and an above average group of players. We expect our raiders to be able to take criticism and give it in a manner that is conductive to improving the raid.
Loot: We use Loot Council ran through “That’s My BiS” This is a tool to help streamline loot councils and make the communication between the council members and the raid clear and transparent. This website allows members to set wishlists for themselves and council members to set priority lists. We will be using it as a happy medium for us to see what items members are gunning for as well as being transparent about where big ticket items are expected to go. It will also help us keep a record on what items have gone out to the raid.
