Rare spawn timers

Is there a WA or addon that shows the timer when the next rare is going to respawn and where?

Of course not.
How is it supposed to gather data? How is it supposed to figure out when something was last up? How is it supposed to know any exact spawn timer when most of them are variable?

Yeah, that would have to read something server side which I think is a no no.
