Will there be more rare items in the travelers log? I farmed the Bengal Tiger for a long time and never saw it drop can we get it on the travelers log one month? I had an Arcanite Ripper from the wrath pre launch event and everyone got one of those for free and has pretty much made mine worthless to the point I threw it in the bank because literally everyone in the game has one now. So why not give out more of the unobtainable stuff like the Bengal tiger or the AH mount?
The bengel tiger is an rng drop earned in-game. To my knowledge, no cosmetics have been offered on the TP that had such an original source.
The bruto was a gold sink mount, once again, earned by doing things in-game. It is no different to an aotc mount or a glad mount for example. To my knowledge, no such similar mount has ever been offered on the TP.
Although if blizz does start offering aotc, glad, rng mounts etc, on the TP in the future, then sure. It’ll be fair game at that point.
Edit: I got the bengel tiger confused with the ZG tiger that also got removed. In which case, I’m honestly not sure how to treat the bengel tiger since it was a once-off for one particular player who died.
I own the original tiger from ZG and i’d love to see everyone have access to it again, but in the form of Blizzard just putting the old raid instance back into the game and letting people farm it for themselves, giving away items is a crap way to put them back in the game imo.

Yes. Removed in-game earned cosmetics should be put back in. But in the exact same way they were originally.

Yup, or maybe the nearest way possible, like if they didn’t want to put the old ZG back in to the game, just put the old mounts onto bosses in the ZG dungeon as 1% drops and call it a day.

Being pedantic, but the Bengal Tiger is actually the one related to the myths involving the cave on the south end of Silithus. Never had a source.
AFAIK, the only Bengal that existed in the game was given to Amara, the girl who also came up with Jenafur for her Make-a-Wish request. The Bengal is effectively gone once more since she died last year.
Oh, I got it confused with the ZG tiger they removed I think. Sorry.
As for the pedant, isn’t that the whole point? You kind of need to be pedantic when it comes fact checking.

Even a different colored one would be nice.
OMG, yes, I would love this. Add a toggle to Zul’Gurub the same way we switch zones back and forth (like Uldum or Silithus).
