Yep I deleted my DK in the end because they couldn’t be bothered to fix it. Now looking at the latest response my disconnects started today and caused me to lose all my quests.

I am also getting constant WOW51900319, with any character. Thought It was for one character stuck in primal invasion (I guess while porting out of it) but I also got the same for other characters in stormwind (Dalaran realm)

I have no idea what this response means - how am I responsible for something they’ve obviously broken. I logged on 0600 UK time and played until 0800. Came back from breakfast to disconnects. Why do Blizzard always blame the players for their mistakes? It’s no wonder the game is dying, Make it free to play and we wouldn’t complain so much, at least I wouldn’t.
For the mac users, a Pathping can show us similar information. You want to wait til you have an issue, then run the test for about 20 minutes. (It takes a while to complete) Then, open the resulting file and copy and paste the information into your next post.

They didn’t blame the players, they asked for players to run checks on the connections between them and their servers to see if there was any issues there. If someone doesn’t want to do it, they don’t have to. And there’s nothing that would stop the complaining. If everything anyone wanted was given to them, most would complain that they had nothing to complain about.
I know this sucks. I’m going through it too and it’s frustrated the hell out of me but crap happens. No one’s perfect. Even multi million dollar companies run into issues. They’ll figure it out and get things working right again, just be patient.

Started happening in US-Hyjal too.
Everyone still having this issue? I have been all morning and now Im actually able to stay in game it appears… Im too scared to do anything that it will start up again.
when theres a common thread of “in a guild” it seems to be something to look into. i cant stay logged in for even a minute on toons in a guild, but the unguilded ones get 20 or so minutes between kicks. its something on their end if any of my toons can stay and some cant. they are even in the same area so it’s not something in the area and my addons are turned off. something is going off on their end and ya it would be nice to know the path its taking, but do you guys not have testing equipment on your end?
update: I cannot switch characters without DC’ing.
To run the path from your house to Blizzard’s servers? That is not generally something they do. You need to initiate that check from your computer. There is a tool to check from them to you, but not from you to them. They don’t initiate that check though - it is a tool you can use.
What they are trying to do right now is basic troubleshooting. The internet is huge and full of physical server locations, cables, satellites, etc. Blizzard does not control those. They are looking to see if people having DC issues share anything in common as far as paths that have packet loss or issues.
That does not mean they are not also looking into other causes. They just have not asked for player help on those yet.
