Can someone rank all the healing specs and dps specs that dominated in 2v2 arena? I don’t mean comp, just ranking heal and dps seperately.
MW > Hpriest, Hpal, Rsham, Rdru, Aff lock, Demo lock, Destro lock, DH > Disc

just to be clear, you’re asking for a thorough list of the full 2v2 meta tiers by individual spec from just arena forum randoms?

All healers are fun in 2v2 imo. MW feels the weakest but I haven’t climbed so I can’t comment on how good ones are playing. I imagine they’re annoying af.

Every time I’ve ever Broken 2500 mmr in 2v2 there’s been some absurdly good unholy dk waiting thar just ruins life and sends me back where I belong. Hard agree.

Is disc really that bad for 2v2? It feels ok imo.
Saying ww and feral aren’t good for 2s also feels troll.
that isn’t to say that disc is bad, just no reason to play it over holy
and i’m mostly listing the relevant DPS in order of power

you said not to rank it by comp but by spec, but it is much better to label it by comp. like rogue/mage is an S tier 2s comp, but that same mage paired with like a disc priest would now be a B tier 2s comp.
heals list would be like HPriest > Rdru > Hpal > Rsham > MW > Disc
dps would be like: surv >>>> assa > DH > WW > sub > arms > etc. etc.
there are outliers and really good players at their spec that make it seem insanely good, nessper on outlaw rogue farms, but no one other than him and maybe one other knows how to play outlaw so you usually don’t need to be afraid of them.

disc is definitely the worst healer right now in 2s imo, in the meta dominated by DH, WW, war’s and rogues.
they have no get-aways like a hpriest does with divine ascension, so you can just PVE on them for 3 minutes until they oom. they don’t have really great insta heals like you have with miracle worker heals. do they even have greater fade? I don’t think disc has greater fade so that’s another thing.

mw is def better than hpal and rsham and possibly hpriest, being able to heal into high damp while staying above 90% mana.
in my experience, MWs are great at getting into dampening and then losing because their offensive pressure and actual damage mitigation is lower than a different healer
although another healer would have to play better to make it into dampening, the reward is higher

games aren’t going into super high dampening right now like ever, my longest 2s game this szn is 6 mins. i put hpal and rsham above it because they have more comps, better utility, and can actually do damage. in a 4 minute game, you’d rather have every other healer than a MW or disc, depending on comp (WW/MW owns)
