the quest is stupid… you actually have to read the whole quest dialogue to know wtf you’re doing (many of us do not read quest dialogue because we do not get anything from it that is needed). I didn’t know you had to do a bonus objective + thrall until after wasting 10k coals and then seeing me not get any loot for the quest… then reading the whole quest dialogue AFTER (because all it says on your quest log to do is get the fear and flesh page, not complete bonus + thrall for the fear and flesh… LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE SAID) it said you have to go deeper into the manifestations" in the visions or whatever it said… all the way at the ending of the dialogue… I wouldn’t even be able to have done that anyways… because Macs have been having issues with the game so I’ve been losing loot and losing out on the patch regardless… but damn it couldn’t say for the quest (complete bonus objective + thrall) to REALLY put it out there? come on son let me find out I have to actually start reading the whole quest… pls tell me im not the only dummy to have wasted 10k on this quest lmao
sidenote: i see a lot of u guys are triggered bc of my opinion??? It was more of a heads up then me being salty? you live and learn… just because you have time to read up on patch notes watch 30 minute patch videos and live and breathe for the game doesn’t mean others have the time to do the same. Obviously you’re not going to grind thrall until lvl 15. But it was only lvl 6 and the quest line was the same time lvls 1-5 so it’s easy to mess up the quest for lvl 6. I was just honestly trying to see if anyone else messed up the quest lmao due to the same reason, but have a good day all

Yeah, I jumped on wowhead to look up what I had to do before attempting it. Funny thing I been doing the Garona bonus objective at rank 3 and 4 so I feel like it should have given it to me before that.

It’s fine though, you’ll get enough for at least 3 vessels next week and it caps out at rank 7.

They should have had the ‘blue tint’ on the side areas of the map, so at least people who looked at the map beforehand would know the objective was there.

Frankly by the time your cloak is rank 5 doing 0 side objectives is pretty far beneath you anyway. I didn’t even know this was a requirement because I’ve been completing at least one side objective since rank 2.

I use immersion, just breaks up the text a bit better with the talking head pop-up.
I used storytelling for a bit, but dumped it when I got left behind in a dungeon. I was too busy reading
