Rank 3 Gilded Vials?

I’ve been looking around WoWhead and forums and such to see if I can find the information. I am leveling my Jewelcrafter specifically so I have something to do with my ore - Make Gilded Vials for my Alchemist main.

He’s a draenei so +5 to JC as well as all of the points in Shaping and Glasswork and profession items of course and I am still like 100 points shy of being able to guarantee Rank 3. I don’t see anything else that would contribute to it. Do I really need to use a ton of concentration/Other items to up my skill to get rank 3 of such a basic item?

With all 3 pieces of Rare Profession gear, you’re guaranteed to craft them with 3 Rank 3 Crushed Gemstones. (Assuming you’ve maxed Shaping and Glasswork)

My JC is at 285 with a skill of 305 needed, (+10 from the Tool and +5 from each piece of Equipment)

Don’t even need the racial.
