Anyone have a idea when this may pop?
Ive been checking the legion WQ’s on wowhead everyday and havn’t seen it, wondering if anyone may know a timer or any info cheers.
I have been going to do the quest for weeks and it has not shown up - did you find an answer to solve this?

In the end i just kept checking wowhead, if you select legion it will show the active world qsts, i could not find any addon or in game alert and it doesnt seem to be up very often 
The solution was there was a quest in dalaran to get to honored with all factions before world quests would open up. Once that was completed, it was a matter of time for the rank 3 WQ to open up. Done now
