so rank 14 starts on the 4rd which is a thursday:
“On April 3, two weeks after the launch of Phase 3, the PvP Honor Rank 11 cap will be removed, giving access to titles and awards for ranking up to 14. The gates of Arathi Basin will open for a 15 vs.15 resource battle, and more opportunities for Honor and Rewards can be had during Battleground holiday weekends.”

my question is how does the honor grind work for the first week? does honor gains from tues-thurs count? any official clarification for this posted anywhere?

from thursday to tuesday you must pre made and all buy gold to use flasks so you can stomp all the noobs in those 4 days to get 500k honor and have a head start.

You can start earning honor on Tuesday, and it will count towards your progress.

The calculations happen every tuesday. The cap being removed on thursday will not effect any honor gains happening before then. The only difference will be AB and BG weekend will come out on thursday.
