I got this pet back in BFA on my Horde Rogue, but for some reason the vendor isn’t letting me see it for sale. I already bought it once, why did it disappear from her pet sale list. Blizz was no help with my petition, no one can help me figure out why all of a sudden I can’t get another one when I already bought one before.
I’ll get on my horde toon and check it out for you …will report back in a bit.
Update- Scårletråveñ its not letting me buy another either its not showing up when I open buy box…I will try on my Alliance with the Alliance vendor see if that is same.
Edit Scar I think the issue is you have to go back with toon that opened up these pet traders, there is a quest line to open the vendor up to buy from. …for me I never opened up Dodger whom is alliance vendor but I did opened one on the horde side as I have this pet…but again its not showing too my horde toon either…it could be a one time only buy for it…not sure.
None of my horde alts seem to have opened up the Runt so I just gave it a try. Kind of tedious, hope you could fly when you went through the questline, seems like it’d take forever if you didn’t.
Anyway finally got through it – thank goodness for Wowhead. Bought two Runts, so you’re not limited to just one. Must be something else that’s keeping you from seeing it.
Digging into comments in various Wowhead topics, gets massively confusing with all sorts of different theories as to what quests you even needed. But there are reports dating back to beginning of year about people experiencing same problem you are, knowing they’re on a character that’s bought the pet from Jenoh before and now can’t.
Dorelei’s comment for the Ranishu Runt Item indicates he’s gotten response from a GM indicating a problem with the Keep It Down quest not showing completed. The GM fixed it. You might check and see if Quest 50834 is showing complete for you.

I just went to check the vendor on my main BFA character, as she bought the first runt from Jenoh within the past couple months. She is still able to see the pet for purchase. Definitely let us know if you get it resolved!
