NPC Rangari Jonaa is missing from their respective point in Gorgrond within the Warlords of Draenor Expansion.
This is a major issue as it does not allow for the completion of achievement, “Prove Your Strength”, since you cannot switch Garrison abilities.
I opened a support ticket and the responding GM said they had multiple reports of this issue, and to open a Bug Report here.
