Randoms destroying my keys

I’d like to see some type of bad luck protection from people leaving your keys within a certain time frame. Currently all of my 12 keys have been bricked by randoms dc’ing or leaving after they die. If you don’t think a group is going to time the key and you leave shortly after it starts that’s totally cool with me but the key holder shouldn’t be punished. What do you guys think?

Communication before you start is always key but I don’t bother with 12’s either so I may be wrong at that level.

Already have enough problems with drama queens in 10’s.

Make friends that are dependable is the solution to your problem. When a key goes well start collecting btags and play with them in the future because you know they’re good and don’t just randomly leave.

Depleting keys + high difficulty have completely ruined the PUG environment.

I also think we’re starting to see a lot of “key terrorists” appearing.

I think Keys should have “uses” or “charges”

Ive ran enough M+ from the past ubtil now to know that key depletion always sucks. It sucks even more when its a rage quit or DC or throw.

With charges, your key would have Two uses. As long as you don’t complete the dungeon (timed or not) it won’t use a charge if you leave it, or someone else does. Your Key would stay the same level and you can go again. If you leave, or someone else does a second time then yiur key drops.

If you finish a run timed it upgrades as normal
If you finish a run untimed, even with charges, it depletes as normal

This! I was in a Stonevault and the tank pulled everything up to the first boss. He rezzed and hearthed out.
