Hello
Right now I am attempting to do Kara on my various toons for the mount like I normally do every week. Right now I am unable to do that. I can enter the Dungeon just fine and I can kill the Opera Hall boss just fine. The issue starts when I’m on my way to the huntsman. While I’m walking down the ramp that leads to the spiders I randomly die. I’m not in combat with anything I just die when I hit the bottom of the first ramp that leads to the spiders.
My Combat log does not show anything when I look what happended to me. The most recent things on my combat log are my various passive healing abilites. I have already tried leaving the instance and resetting it and going back in and I die in the exact same spot. I even tried on a different toon on a different realm/faction and again fall dead in the exact same spot. I even switched it Heroic mode just to see if it was a Mythic issue and again I die in the exact same spot.
EDIT: Repair/Scan did nothing and still randomly dying in the exact same spot.
EDIT2: After going in again I noticed that when I die I get the sound you would get if you fell and died in nether or fell into some of other deep hole without hitting the ground. Just trying to add what ever I can to help Blizzard Tech fix this.
EDIT3: The maintenance after 10/1/2019 did not fix this issue and still dying in the exact same spot.
Final EDIT: As of the maintenance of 10/29/2019 the issue is now resolved and now longer randomly dying in that area.

I am having a similar issue. It has consistently been happening at the same spot just running down a hallway to get into the catacombs just before the huntsman. Experiencing the same issues as stated above, with multiple characters on both factions. I did run Kara last night before the new patch and everything was fine.

I’m glad I’m not the only one facing the issue. I have already done just about every Tech suggestion in the book short of complete uninstall/reinstall of the game.
I’m having the same issue, can’t get up the stairs without randomly dying. Turtle Shell doesn’t save me either.
Yup same here. Happened twice yesterday, and I did it again today while recording it. Instantly killed at the exact same spot on the stairs, no mobs, nothing in my combat log just instantly killed.
Just tried again and the most recent maintenance did not fix the issue and still dying in the exact same spot.
Issue still not fixed, tried Tuesday before I had to leave town for 2 days, came back today and tried again, still dying in same spot. Lock stone doesn’t work either.
I have been using a different route to get to Huntsman till issue gets fixed. After I killed him on one toon I went the opposite direction just to see how big the area was and its just that little walkway between the first and second ramps before the spiders having the issue. So its a very small area glitching out. Hopefully Blizzard will get it fixed by the Tues maintenance.
Was getting so angry… Happy to see its not just me. Please fix Blizzard 
Same thing here. on the way down the little hallway ramp I just die for no apparent reason.
You can just jump down to Moroes and then jump down to Attumen without going through the cellars.

As of October 4th, the issue is still present. Just had it happen twice to me

Happening to me as well on the exact same spot today. Please fix this.

I just learned of this problem the hard way. At least I left a good few skeletons for them to clean up.

10/20/19 - on Blood DK, same thing happened twice to me; each time I was told I was killed by the Maiden of Virtue who I had already defeated/killed. I don’t get it.
I’m surprised this bug has been allowed to stay in for as long as it has. Thankfully there is another way around it and the glitch area itself is tiny.
As of October 20/2019 still Dying in multiple spots. I gave up after an hour. I cannot abandon doing this instance because I have a quest pertaining to my skinning profession.
This is a pretty awful bug, just as annoying as being dismounting as a druid in flight form when logging in.
Could you please tell the rest of the class how to get around it? It’s so frustrating 
It seems that everyone is going the back way to the Huntsman. I’ve always gone the way down the stairs from the ballroom. The ballroom is next to Moroes. Right across from the bottom of the stairs is the Attuman area.
Also, the new secret pet Jenafur is associated with Karazhan, as the dungeon gets extra things after you talk to Amara Lunastar in Ashenvale. This kill zone may be somehow related to it, as all of this showed up with the new patch.
