Anyone else experiencing this?
I was just in WSG and it happened 4x in a row while I was waiting to pounce on someone. I wasn’t in combat either because I was able to go right back into stealth. Noone was around me and if they did hit me, I would have been in combat and not have been able to stealth back right away.
This is really frustrating at the moment.
Yup, happens to me in catform/prowl.
Just randomly I come out of stealth. No debuffs, nobody touching me, nothing.
Are you sure it isn’t spectral sight? When I knock someone out of stealth with spectral sight and throw glaive, it just unstealths them as far as I can tell because they don’t get damaged that I have noticed and they don’t get the movement debuff either.
I checked the “what happened to me” and there was nothing. And it did it to me 4x in a row back to back within 10s as I was running around alliance GY in WSG. There was noone around.
Have you tried pressing grappling hook in stealth? thats the bug currently. A second later it destealths it.
Other people’s trinkets and conduits that are now talents I believe randomly kick you out of stealth.
BLIZZARD!!! fix this now…Im in WSG right now…and im watching myself in the middle of nowhere getting unstealthed.!!! I’m literally standing still watching me getting taken out of stealth for no reason!!!
I had it happen to me in WSG too. Outside Alliance’s base, halfway between there and mid field. It also happens in Brackenhide Hallow. No indication of what’s causing it
Happens to me all the time in BGs. I get so frustrated because I’ll unstealth in front of a whole team fighting in mid for no reason. Blizzard really needs to take a look at this.
This happens to me on my rogue and my Druid 24/7 bgs and in wpvp
Right? And then boom 2-5 40 yard range instant cast DOTs that last 30 seconds. Instantly negating stealth “advantage” we get taxed over so hard. Okay.
it sometimes , albeit rarely, happens to me without having grappling hook talented.
last time it happened was while doing a warmode worldquest. 4 times in a row i came out of stealth with nobody closer than ~30 yards around me. but i could restealth right away. just weird.
i dont remember it happening while doing solo pve or m+s tho, idk.
They have to start looking at other class abilities and spells, items/trinkets that could be doing it. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I don’t need to clarify to Blizzard how important stealth is to rogues. It should be quite apparent.
Because it’s so important, we should be getting a response saying they are working on it.
Although Blizzard could easily hop onto a rogue and go into a BG and see for themselves. I will start testing and recording it on my end and post it.
this happens every time I am in WSG! 2-3 times a game normal. I’m miles away from other players and no dots or spells casted on me that I could see.
The bug has been here for years, but it’s become way worse in DF.
