Please, take a look on issues we are experiencing with random disconnects all the time for the past two days.
Our forums are flooded with messages about it but we got no answer, no support, zip, nada.

The CS is really unable to look into it as the folks whom handle the servers keep an eye on things. The only thing the blues here can do is really say if the team is looking into it or not.
