Hello, this seems to be a common issue going on lately. I have tried the steps in https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/21758 regarding this error. Nothing has worked, so I tested with WinMTR tool that I’ve seen other posts point to.

My rig isn’t losing connection to the internet, which that’s all WinMTR is going to measure, just a traceroute.
Looking through the posts, and found this one. Random Disconnects are Directly Related to Guild Screen, I am GM of my guild and usually will have my Guild & Communities window open, esp if looking at who’s on, if I need to promote, or need to review chat history. I’m testing it to see if I play without opening up those windows, so far I haven’t been disconnected from the game (15mins no disconnects). Before if I had Guild & Communities window open, I was getting disconnected once every 5-10mins.
