Random crashes and freezes since PC upgrade

I upgraded my motherboard/processor/RAM recently, and I’ve been experiencing random crashes of the game since then.

Last error report was 9DCF808E-FE31-47A7-BD80-476C1A5E60E3 just a few minutes ago.

Sometimes the game will crash with Error 132. At other times, my whole PC will completely freeze, no black or blue screen just absolute freeze and I can only turn it off at that point.

I’ve reinstalled the game and I’ve done a complete windows/drivers/gpu reinstall after the hardware upgrade. After the windows/drivers/gpu reinstall I’ve only experienced one Error 132 crash, I’ve not had a complete PC freeze yet, but I’m dreading one incoming at any point now.

Just to discard addons or other settings being responsible, when reinstalled the game I played for a while with no addons and default settings and got the same error. I’ve run out of options at this point to see what the problem could be. Any help is appreciated.

BIOS and chipset drivers look to be old. Ryzen likes up to date BIOS and chipset drivers. Check with your MB manufacturer for BIOS updates, and amd for the chipset drivers.

Thank you. I’ve updated both and while the problem is gone, I’m not sure if that was the cause. It was suggested to me that the Discord overlay may be causing the problem and I disabled that as well when I updated the drivers, and now the problem seems gone. So one of those things did it.
